POOR JO!!

Crossville, TN

I had what I thought was an emil from my server....not like the one they had warned us about....anyhow I now have a terrible mean virus....w32/ngvk?.a...something like that...

I am on my DD weedwalkers computer and mine has to be reformatted.

I'll miis you!! *snif snif*

Also, my dog ate my NEW hearing aid...AND I have to go to the dentist tomorrow!!! WOE IS ME! Poor Jo

Harford County, MD(Zone 6b)

Goodness Jo...you had a triple whammy. I hope you get your computer up and running soon.

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

Ah Jo. You poor thing. I can't believe the dog ate your new one. That dog must like hearing aids. She is why you had a new one , she ate the old one. Hurry back we will miss ya.

Hurry Back Jo.I was just thinking about you today. What a day you have had today, and good luck at the dentist.Hugs,Bitty

south central, WI(Zone 5a)

Oh Jo, I hope that things go better for you. Sending hugs your way. I would like to catch hold of those people who have computer skills and mis-use their knowledge to send viruses. A few months of pulling weeds would be good for them-you can have any I catch-after I get them!

Baker City, OR(Zone 5b)

Poor Jo! They say troubles come in 3's so you can relax now.

Golden, CO(Zone 5b)

Be careful, I got an email said it came from Microsoft, and that the attachment was a patch for Internet Explorer. I ran it through my yahoo mail account, and bingo! Virus.

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Sorry you've run into trouble, Jo! :(

About the hearing aid...It's the earwax. I'll be anything it's that. Emma has a real thing for earwax.

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

how horrible! i hope today is a better day for you Jo!
((((((((((((JO))))))))))))))

Pittsburgh, PA(Zone 6a)

oh Jo!!! I feel for you!! (((MissJo))) Keep looking forward...it'll get better.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Boy when you decide to have a bad day, you really do it up!! Sorry to hear you are having woes. Hugs Jo!!!

Midway, WV

Hey Sis Jo, I just saw this....I am sorry for your bad 'stuff' happening but I think I can solve the problem....BRING TESSA to US !!!!!!We put our hearing aids up out of reach .....not meaning to sound mean, now...but hope the dentist visit goes well. love, Maryk

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

We got a warning from our server about a virus that poses as a letter from them. If you open it and then open the attachment they claim to have sent you about services or some such you have the virus. It was on the opening page of their website so all would be forwarned.

I believe I would be much more careful about my hearing aid storage or keep a dog locked up in another room when I have it out. That is one costly pooch.

I do hope your dentist's appointment goes well. And my all your days ahead do go better.

Payneville, KY(Zone 7a)

Hey Jo, Remember all things come out in the end....Sorry about your puter....is Tessa okay? :) Love ya, Kathy

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

Oh no JO... so sorry about computer and hearing aid boy you has bad time so better not do my hearing aid too expensive could not afford to get another one.
Hope you get back soon.

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

Jo, I hope your days are now better and as for the hearing aid I wonder how you could claim that on your homeowners insurance? Maybe they would call that a theft? LOL worth a try. At least your insurance agent could worry that you were serious. Some dogs have cheap tastes but unfortunately for you your dog has expensive tastes. arghhhh

Fort Pierce, FL(Zone 10a)

Oh boy, can I relate to how you felt when you saw your chewed-up hearing aid! I had (and have) an upper partial plate that was new and felt a little tight. Took it out and laid it on the table by the recliner, then dozed off on the first of my "naps" of the evening. I woke up to the sounds of two Doxies attacking the partial with great glee. Just try explaining to the dentist how your dogs ended up wearing your teeth! The dentist took care of the rough edges for me, but I'm so sorry you have the expense of another hearing aid.
Now I will share my secret stash place with you...if I have to take it out for any reason, I put it in my bra!

Mergatroids! So much excitement in your life right now, RR!

Mercy! Glad you are able to hear folks around you (w/Gunny's hearing aid). Glad you have your teeth. (I was thinking of bringin ya some steamed rice if you lost them.)

Mount Prospect, IL(Zone 5a)

Hey Shoe! I think what she could really use is one of those ear trumpets that they used long ago! I think its a lovely idea of yours to send her the steamed rice. It would help with her new teeth! (ahem, I mean her newly polished teeth!)

Payneville, KY(Zone 7a)

DJM, I would be afraid that Tessa would get indigestion from eating something so big......perhaps Tessa should have the steamed rice. Steamed rice sounds delicious though...:)

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I'm working on it G'ma! Really I am. How about this weekend??

Make sure you guys save Jo some of that yummy rice. :)

Efland, NC(Zone 7a)

Hehehe..yeh, and them ear trumpets double as a "conk shell type" horn...she can use it to call Tessa into the house with.
Now, about that teeth cleaning in Mexico...Hmmm.

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I wanted to see if I could find a picture of an earhorn to post, and I ended up finding something kinda interesting in the process! http://www.entnet.org/museum/answer2.cfm

Efland, NC(Zone 7a)

SHOE - I'm trying to make up my mind which is funnier, your picture or Gardenwife's of the dog with the teeth! Either way, I think YOU are certifiable!!! (in a nice way of course LOL)

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Wow, a double-horner - you ought to be able to hear Jianhua giggling clear over in China with that thing!

Payneville, KY(Zone 7a)

One's for long distance hearing, the other for short...:) That's too much. By golly Jo, I think Shoe NEEDS your teeth. Can you overnight them to him?

Crossville, TN

Kathy...Shoe can't have my teeth this week end..
BIG cookout coming up Sunday evening and I will need them to eat FRIED CHICKEN! NO rice, thankee very much Mr. Shoe--horn. I think you're on to a money maker there shoe...put it on your DG STORE! LOL Jo

Efland, NC(Zone 7a)

Somebody say Fried Chicken!? Oh my mercy me! Ain't nuttin' wrong w/my hearing when someone hollers them words! Wish I could come help ya eat some of them chickens. Bet Kathy wouldn't mind a few pieces either! (Bet she don't even hafta share teeth to do so!)

GW, heheh...so THAT'S what that giggling sound was that I heard coming in! That ear-horn is the Deelux model, pulls in sound waves like it was a radio!

(And pati, I agree w/ya! I'm bona-fide certified!)

...."you ain't right!" ;>)

Mount Prospect, IL(Zone 5a)

Hey Jo! I've been wondering about you getting your teeth polished in Mexico.. Did the dentist use Pledge or Johnsons No Wax to shine them? HEH HEH HEH ( Hope he used some kind that doesn't warp wood!)

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)
