i have a redbud tree thats infested with something. they are tine little black scaley like bugs. or something. i sprayed with insecticiadl soap and those black things are still there and now some are fuzzy white. help. thanks

Imazdi, you might try moving this post to garden foes. Maybe BugLady will see it sooner and respond, or others who can help.

Sorry, I don't know much about buggey plant pests, I too busy swatting mosquitoes here in NW Florida!
