I bought a seed packet of annual dwarf phlox, which says on the package, "guaranteed to grow. Sow directly after danger of frost."
Temps have been in the 70s-80s for at least a week, before that in the 60's, with full sun. I have the planter in the full sun 6 hrs per day. I've kept it well watered, but not soaked.
Any suggestions? I don't see a speck 'o the green...:)

They may take a while to break dormancy-but that information should have been on the package. For my area, we plant things under light 6-to weeks before end of frost for them to get a good start; so maybe it will take 3 weeks to show--good luck-the annuals are pretty.
