The billboards are a simple black background with white text.

I saw this on a lighted sign in front of a small country church and it is my all time favorite... "Sign Broken, Please Come Inside For Message".

A local Baptist church had trouble with trucks using their parking lot. I laughed aloud as I snapped a picture of the sign they posted: "No Turn-Arounds".

Isn't that what churches are for? LOL! ;-)

I saw the one that says "You think it's hot here?" in Mississippi when it was a 102!! Sort of drives the point home in a hurry!!

Trish, I love these billboards... (The fact that I am no longer a church-goer has only to do with organized religion, not belief. I doubt anyone can be a gardener and not believe in Something greater than us!)

I saw a church sign that said, "Visitors Welcome. Members expected."

I like the billboards. I saw one that said "God wants spiritual fruit; not religious nuts!" My D.H. and I saw that on a small church when we were traveling in east Texas.
