Seeds in RW

My RW cubes just came yesterday. I already had peeled brug seeds starting to germinate in damp paper towels in baggies, so wasted no time getting them into the cubes. Donna

This is the first I have heard of a RW cube...could you tell me more about it and where to purchase them, please?
Can they be used for any kind of seeds? I am looking to grow brugs, datura and hosta seeds. Could I use them for veggie seeds also?
