Any suggestions on how to use up 1 Qt of buttermilk?

I have 1 qt of buttermilk here, I used 2cups out of it to make doughnuts, now I'm mystified about what to do with the rest - I would sure hate to waste it and I just can't get myself to drink it. I don't care whether the recipe is for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even snacks.Thanks D
