Dec RR with flowernutt Routes

Round Robin Rules
1. Take out as many seed packets as you want, but
must replace that same number
of seed packets in exchange.
2. Seed exchange can be flower, veggie, tree,
bush, etc. No junk seed please!
They can be from your own garden, or store seeds,
or mail order seed.
3. Please be timely with your mailings, Should be held
on to NO longer than 3 Days.
With the Holidays here it is to be expected to take
a little longer. If for any reason
there is a delay in mailing, please be courteous and
post so people
waiting, know what is going on with the package.
4. Remember to post the same day the package arrives
and post again AFTER
it has been mailed.
(Example: Package arrived 10-3-03 mailed 10-5-03)
5. The package will have mailing instructions inside
6. Above all HAVE FUN!

Ok just so that everyone knows, the robin made a quick stop in granada hills today ---- lucky for me on a day off between two weeks of 12 hr shifts.
tomorrow is on its way..........

RR#3 arrived in San Jose today - WooHoo!!! I'm in heaven! Thank you, Tami for all the wonderful goodies to choose from. Will get them back out ASAP.

RR#2 arrived in S.C. 12-12 & mailed out 12-12(is on it's way to NJ).

RR#5 arrived in Florida today.Huge selection.Took out six and added 13.It will go out to Tig tomorrow.

Great to hear the robins all landed. Thanks all for the updates!

Ok, Pati45, the birdie flew the coop today and should be in route to FL. I hope you have as much fun as I did with the choices. Flowernutt had lots of great stuff and I added many extra over what I took out. Have fun!!

RR #2 arrived in Keyport, NJ today. It will be going out tomorrow to OH. I hope my offerings are as interesting as my predecessors, Flowernutt and Christmascactus.

To those of you waiting on RR1 I have not heard from Teisha. Yes I have e-mailed her and no response. I hope all is well with her and her family. I will send out the exact same seeds in another package with mailing instructions like I have with all the others on Monday and I will send to Mobi. (To dispell any rumors I KNOW Sheran mailed the RR out.) So when Teisha is able to send the robin on, she can just mail it back to me as I'm sure those of you waiting won't want a duplicate Robin.
Christmas is fast approching and I wish you and your familys a blessed Christmas and a Healthy NEW YEAR!

Hi, I received the package today. Getting into it was a real puzzle. Kinda fun. You will see what I mean when you get the package Maineroses. So many great seeds. I took several out and put more then several back in. Now I just can't wait till Spring. My garden is going to be the envy of the neighborhood. Heheh. Keep your eyes open Maineroses as it's on it's way come Monday.

Oh NO! RR3 is in the lead!!!! RR2, RR4, and RR5 are in a close one for second!!!! Let's see: NJ to OH, MS to NH, or GA to MN. Means nothing, we used USPS. RR1 is still in the running...
Will RR3 extend its lead?????

Since this is my first RR and the seeds will be coming my way soon, I do have a question. I don't (and won't) know how many seeds there will be in each packet. That said, if there are many seeds (over 25, say), can I just take out about 10 and send the rest of them on their way for the next person? I will definitely put in a fresh envelope with my seeds, but I've just been wondering about this point.

The rules of the game are included in the packet but will say it here for those wondering also. Sorry I forget there are several new people doing these RR which is fantastic, but forgive me I take forgranite that everyone knows how they work. I have posted at the top the rules, so you can take a look before the packet gets to you. To answer your question Carmen,if you take out 10 seed packets you replace them with 10 of your own seed packets. Please try not to duplicate the seeds, otherwise towards the end of its round there is not much for variety left for the rest to choose from. I started the RR with I believe it was 40 different seed packet varieties. So the RR should come back with no less then that if everyone plays fair. Yes if you have extra that you want to put in that is fine. I will make available what I choose not to keep. I hope I have answered your questions.

Sheran, I take it that the package has not arrived yet at pins2006, I'm sure with the holidays the mail will be slow going for a little while so Please don't panic. I will wait a bit on mailing another one. Mobi hold your hat, lets wait and give it till the end of the week. If by Friday it still does not arrive then I will send another one out. I promise Sheran I will personally mail your suprises to each person if it works out that I send another package and then Tiesha will send the one she recieves back to me. How does this sound.

RR#4 went out in today's mail.

Received RR #2 today, was so excited!! Selected some nice seeds and replaced them with equal seeds. This is my first RR and I think I am addicted now. Will mail on to pins2006 by the end of week due to her being away for Christmas until the following Tuesday, then on to Mississippi!!

I received #5 today! With the holiday, I will not be able to mail the package of goodies until the 26th.

Well I am glad RR #1 is a little slow; if it had been fast you all would be wondering why I didn't send it on!
Went to CA in early Dec planing a 4 day trip and got stuck here. I will be on planes all day Christmas Day getting back to Iowa.
You watch, as soon as I get home you will see it moving.
