I have been lurking about the brug forums since I joined DG a few short months ago - never even HEARD OF these gorgeous beauties 'til then. It is so easy to see how this can be an obsession! I can hardly wait to smell my first Brug and see them in person! The Candida Double White is truly spectacular. Nice job, Meiyu.

thanks everyone! violabird, i'm having trouble with my aol sn, itsallaboutmeiyu...someone got in it and sent out some video spam mail, yeah, that kind, geesh. i don't think i ever got your email. can you send it to TheUTC@aol.com? i think i'm going to have to delete the other one, so now i gotta figure out how to change the link to it here...argh...i hate when i have to use my remaining brain cells! anyway, yes, i have been preparing zillions of rooted cuttings for ebay, viola, so just take your pick!
ponditis, i cut the leaves off on purpose. don't worry, they will grow quickly. i wanted all the cuttings' strength to go into keeping the blooms alive.
clare, you need glasses, honey. how can anyone look good after gardening all day? hahaha...don't i even have my silly rubber garden boots on? yeah, right, that's attractive! hehehe...get your eyes check soon.
Meiyu, If you go to were your member page,subscription, password and such are, click on prefrences, you can change your e-mail there.........Highlight the old e-mail, delet and put in the new one....

well, i don't know about planning a big roundup or anything, but smockette, i have no life, can't leave my mom, and always have some good eats around, so you just pick any date other than the first saturday of the month cuz we have japanese church for mom that day. post the day you wanna come, and anyone else can rsvp here if they're wantin' to come too...how's that? tomorrow is supposed to be almost 80 degrees and sunny!! how spontaneous can you be????

thanks all...it's in the 60's now, but we're still diggin' the sunshine! sylvia, you didn't see that one cuz i didn't have it then...that's how fast it grew! in order for you to get it from me, you'll have to bring me cuttings of the brugs i don't have and the canna's you told me you have...hahaha...you owe me, woman!!! cough 'em up...hehe!!! anyone living in houston, go to the thread i'm going to start right now called, superbowl...i need help.

Meiyu, my cannas are all dormant now, but I promise come Spring I'll bring some of them your way. I'm not sure how many of my brug cuttings are going to make it, but in a couple of months I'll know and we'll go from there. Since we only live a mile or so apart, I'm assuming your things got zapped also. What about your Allamandas and Phillipine Violet? Your yard was just gorgeous a couple of months ago when everything was in full bloom.
