Anyone having a bandwidth problem with DG?

I up load at 750KB-1 meg and down at 3-4 megs...as of late coming to this site has been a slow process...anyone else having this problem?

BTW if you would like to know how fast your connection is go to this link...there is about 100 test sites. Some but not all test you upload as well as your download speeds.
