Rudbeckia 'Indian Summer'

Am having trouble finding the seed of Rudbeckia 'Indian Summer' on the flower. Haven't had any problem with 2 other Rudbeckias (except cleaning the seed). Don't see any black seed at all. The seed seemed to be ripe. Maybe not?
