I got some Dwarf Hibiscus Seeds from a company,but they didn't send germination directions.I have done a small search with no help,how does one go about germinating dwarf hibiscus seeds? Thanks Dirtz

Do you know if they are tropicals or the hardy or do you have a proper name?
