Long threads get on my nerves, so I thought I'd start a new one....especially since it seems we're going to be waiting awhile :)
Here's a pic of me and my tummy for your amusement- hehehehe.
Sorry its not turned- that would take too much effort :)
Trish
Home Stretch P.2
You look great! Even sideways. LOL!
where's the baby??? You look like you just ate too much crawfish, thats all....
(I can say that 'cause I saw her when she ate too much crawfish)

You look so happy and relaxed - good for you!
YEP! It's a boy alright....or a girl.....or TWINS!! LOL Pretty as ever...or more so. Jo
My money is on girl. Reminds me of a story my sister told me about when she was pregnant. She showed my nephew, then about 3 years old, the ultrasound and he asked: "does she have toys in there to play with?"
Trish you look great. That little bundle of joy will arrive when she or he is good and ready. The baby has more patience than the rest of us.....:) tapping my foot and pacing the floors..... Ok I never said I had patience.
Trish, you look so healthy and happy in the photo! Here is one just for you and baby: (((((( hugs )))))
And here I got all excited thinking you were holding him!
Trish you look so well.
And...it won't be too long, The baby is in position!
Good luck and God bless!
You look great Trish!!
Lisa- you didn't really have to mention that! Although.....if you want to come bring me some more crawfish- that would be ok! LOL.
Out of about 30 pictures we took that day, this was one of the best ones. Very flattering, as it doesn't show all of the weight I've gained, especially in my face. Notice how tight the jumper is pulled *giggle*. I didn't have anything else to wear for an anniversary dinner. I assure you the baby is there, else I've gained 50+ pounds from a LOT of mudbugs! LOL
I carried #1 very low, and #2 very high. This one I carried right in the middle. Of course, now the baby had dropped to around my knees- lol- so it is hard to tell.
Yep, Baby will come in his/her due time. I just didn't "bake" as fast with this one.
Hugs to you all!
Trish
I only wish I would have looked that lovely when I was pregnant.
I'm still sticking with a girl born on Sept 23 at 8 AM.
You look great!
I hope the right answer the baby should be born by September 25 and baby weight must be about 8 lbs "A Girl" not look like twins if do would be nice a boy and a girl. LOL
Thanks for post here.
Mollybee, I wish you had not brought up "castor oil". I thought I could smell it and even taste it when I read the word. Trish, don`t take it. My mom used to hold our nose and give us a tablespoon of it if she thought we had eaten green crab apples or green plums. You aren`t supposed to taste it or smell it if you hold your nose. WRONG. I never touched it after I was grown, never gave it to my kids either. Molly, I still smellllll it.
Oh I forgot, It is a boy.

Ohhhhh, Trish - good to see you! You look terrific, sweetie. I can't wait to hear the good news when the baby comes!
ROFLOL at you Badseed!! That is too funny! But no joke, my dr gave me 2 Quinine pills and told me to take 2 tablespoons of Castor Oil and 1 pill at 9:00pm...the other pill and 2 more tablespoons of Oil at 11:00pm, and he'd see me in the morning...well needless to say I was at the ER by 11:15pm! Baby was born at 12:03!
But really Trish, I hope and pray that you have the best and easiest delivery ever.
Can't wait to hear the good news! Hurry up baby!!
I get the giggles every time I see the title of these threads because it really is home STRETCH for Trish. Her belly is stretching daily with that baby who is going to be born on our 29th anniversary Sept. 24. lol Stretch baby stretch you will be home soon!
YOU LOOK GREAT!!! BEST OF LUCK!
You look so radiant and healthy, Trish. I know you will be glad when it is over and you are holding that precious bundle of joy in your arms. Hormones in the mothers body are what initiate labor, not castor oil, rides down rocky roads, or anything else we do. When the doctor induces labor it is a hormone that is given.
At 50" gain you are ahead of me and that takes a bit of weight gain. I did 40# with on and 35# with another. Then only 24# with a premee and 13# with my last one.
I gained 60 with my last one (1970) & he weighed 10 lbs 9 oz. When I got PG with him I had JUST lost 40 lbs. I have never been that low since even after losing 100 many years later. I gained the 100 back but have lost 57 of it now & still losing.
He/she will wait for my birthday next Sunday the 21st.
Wow Trish, you look great!!!
