Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

sigh, I want buds too! I finally have one with a Y.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I have seen so many beautiful blooms from new crosses this year that I'm in awe. Wish there was a way that I could grow tons of brugs, but I've run out of room. Dang....

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

too be honest, I am getting downright jealous at this point!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

You Kell? Geez, you have some beauties at your place. Wish I could grow them like you do.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I need, I want, I lust for some special bruglings that are DAARKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK so DARKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK pink that are new and different and flowering in MY yard! However I would settle for a bicolor like Cala's latest baby is. LOL

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Cala that is a great one....

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

Did it get this big and bloom from a seed this year? Surely not.........?

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Woodspirit, yes. It was planted in Feb.

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

Wow! How did you get it that far along in one year?

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Excellent Susie! I really like the color combination in this!!!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Another true beauty and unique also. Like Kell I am so jealous of all these pretty ones . . but I am so happy that you have gotten so many beautiful brugs from your seeds. It is truly amazing how fast these have grown from seed to blooms. I remember when Eric use to say that from seed to bloom in a year was ideal. Look what has been accomplished with your seeds. WOW

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Beautiful Susie. Love the bi-color.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

I really would like to see a picture from this brug with fresh flowers and leafs.
I mean: first day´s flower, second day´s flower and so on.
I have much brugs which show that colour on lastday before passing.

Would be good to know a new brug which will show that colour for a longer time.

Tonasket, WA(Zone 5a)

Cala, that is one beautiful brug, and so healthy looking.

Ponditis, I'm like you I have one that just y'd and I'm wondering if I will get to see any blooms before it freezes out here. MY Snowbank still shows no sign of y'ing. Donna

Here ya go Ludger, bloom in front center is four days old and the ones to the right and up a little bit are just opened and if you look to the left there is one still in bud. This picture was taken the first time it bloomed. The picture at the beginning of the post is this brugs second flush.
It opened up bicolored. We waited till it's second flush to post a picture.

How is it some of the members say this......I think that brug really needs some help, so you better pack it up and send it to me and I'll work with it. Very pretty brug Susie. You have sure had some nice ones this year.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

You have got to be so delighted. I agree with Shirley . . you have had some really nice ones this year and probably many more to come. Way to go!!!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

I was looking at the last picture posted and I noticed it has beautiful leaves. They are dark and very serrated.

How disappointed it must be Ludger to have many brugs that show this color but only when they are on their last day. I wish you luck in your hybridizing because I know you really work hard at it. Hopefully one day you will have a flower that opens the same color as the day it passes. I guess patience is the word.

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

Cala, what is this brug's name?

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

I definitely want to grow some of your seeds, just can't decide. I love them all.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Thank you Susie, please post a picture from first day to third day. And please watch the rolled leafs. Something is wrong with this brug.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

*scream*

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

No Ludger, there is not one thing wrong with this brug. It is in perfect health. Are you jealous or something, is that why you insist on picking on me?

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Nope,:-)

I thought this is a brugforum where we can discuss it all.

Like Flow´s seedpods....

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

There is nothing wrong with my plant, end of discussion.

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

Yah Cala!! LOL! There's sumthin wrong with it - you otta send it to me!

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

Poppysue I agree I think she needs to send it to me so I can quarantine it for awhile. Sure looks better than anything I have in my yard.

city?? lol sticks, AR(Zone 7a)

Houston, TX(Zone 9a)

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Those leaves are so beautiful and such a green. They are so much bigger than the brug next to it. What is its neighbor?

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

Susie, this is one beautiful brug! I would be very proud to own one like this with the nice dark green leaves and the color is magnificent! How nice to have it dark from day one.

The flowers are beautiful & the large dark green leaves are perfect sure looks like a winner to me.
