No, they're not from DG. If you use Windows 2000 or Windows XP, it could be Windows Messenger Service (not to be confused with MSN Messenger, the chat program). Windows Messenger allows advertisers to cause pop-up ads to come up on your computer, even when you're offline. It can be disabled, however.

Thanks GW. I have them stopped with a firewall, but now they are double stopped!
I had looked everywhere for directions on how to do this.
I use AdAware, it scans your computer, and gets everything that is not suposed to be there, or you didnt know it was put there. Its free to download it. Here is the link for the review http://www.webattack.com/get/adaware.shtml
