I wanted to do something different out front,so I thought Brugs hanging over the wall would look cool,I took some cuttings in the fall and kept them growing underlights, but with the light to the side,as they grew I turned them to get the shape I wanted.
Wall Brugs.
The Hanging Gardens of Root! LOL
What a novel idea!
It is just an idea I had,I had lots of cuttings,so I figured what the heck.
Looks great! I wish I had a wall!
It looks great Root! Very nice.
Gosh it all looks great. Good job!
Root, what a neat idea, Brug wall, You Done Good. The Dats look like a jungle. Good photos. Donna
Looks great Root, just great! So you do not overwater the daturas being in the same bed with the brugs and tropicals?
Bed is set up with a soaker hose Kell,so they all get it,I don't play favorites.
Thanks Waterloo and Donna,it smells great out front right now.
That looks great to me! I really think that is what I am going to do next year, with DS and FP all in the ground. My DS is getting too big to waller around, so all but one of the side shoots is gone!
LOL,Have you got a picture of it?
Great idea.
Wow! That looks great, Root! Very pretty :o)
Hey, rootdoctor, what's up? Boy your yard sure looks great. You told me before about your ears, I'll take one order of the ears and one order of that plant next to it(please tell me it's name). I'll take those to go. Should I pull around to the window or to the front yard?:)lol
Really looks great,Root.
Gee, great pictures. You have a beautiful wall and flower bed. Wish I could fix something like that here at my place. And I didn't see any bug bites on the leaves. I spray, pick and shake but still have leaves munched on. How do you do it? George
Wow Root! I want my garden to look like yours when it grows up. LOL
What is the tall orange one? It's a beauty!
it looks awesome root, makes me wish i had a wall like that....
I have a wall like that but I don't think it would ever look that good.
Root, your wall of brugs is just great. Looks so nice and i know smells wonderful. Really good idea. Donna
Great picture Bob. Love the brug blooms. Your place looks really good. However, I think you need some more brugs. :)
Gosh Root that is gorgeous. Like poppysue asked what is the tall orange one? Awesome!!
Hey Root, I have a million questions!!! I want to copy that!!! I love it!!! You started the cuttings in fall... how many cuttings made that incredible display of a brug wall? Am I reading wrong or did that miracle occur in one year? I'm just starting with my first cuttings so please forgive the stupid questions.
WOW Root! You really outdid yourself there. Your neighbors must love you.
Thanks all!The tall orange is Doc Suess,Light cream is Sunray, lower ones are Doc Suess clones.
It has turning out well,I am pretty happy, will ate to see the bad empty in a couple weeks.
George,I have lots of munch spots here, lucky my cheap camera does not get them all.
Froto,I have plans to make sure you are loaded with ears in spring,I am going to need lots of your pond advice!
I will get a shot of the whole front this weekend,I have this getting ready to flush,it is just right of the bed.Shirleys peach is coming on too, should look good.
How gorgeous. I love it.
They do look cool!
They are gorgeous and I know that Dr. Seuss smells so good with so many blooms. It is absolutely amazing how fast the brugs do grow and how big they get through the summer.
What a grand show Root! definitely deserves The Best award!
I love those pictures. That wall of brugs is just beautiful. What in the world do you feed them to get them to bloom like that?
Root, simply FAB!
