I tried to answer your email asking about elderflower cordial, but the email bounced - despite using 'reply'

Anyway, here's my answer:

Sorry I buy it
I think I have seen a recipe which seemed similar to home made non fizzy lemonade, only concentrated, then flavoured with elderflower.
I used to cook elderflowers with gooseberries to make lovely flavoured gooseberry fool and gooseberry cheese
