Ellabell, GA(Zone 8a)

That is lovely! I can't wait for mine to grow up. It's only about a foot tall.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Mine is only 2 foot and just Y'd
I can't wait!!!!

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I have two plants from two different places. Both are loaded with blooms, so they must like it here!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh great Gloria. you will have blooms soon. Post a pic. Are you going to pollinate them?

Panhandle, FL(Zone 8a)

city?? lol sticks, AR(Zone 7a)

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Golden Lady likes your place. Its very pretty.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Connie, I'll bring you one to the swap.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Yes, I will pollinate it, and with it..

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Nice....mine is blooming now too. Second flush. I love the smell of this one in the evening too.

Murrells Inlet, SC(Zone 8a)

mine is also about 2 maybe 2 and a half feet tall but it has Y'd and is full of flower buds

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Golden Lady is a nice brug, I like it.
TiG, good picture.

Tonasket, WA(Zone 5a)

TiG such a lovely brug, and a great picture, but for some reason I expected to see a more golden yellow color. Donna

Golden Lady is also a very good Mother. TiG...Monika recommends pollinating it with a Versicolor to get a little larger flower. So far two out of 4 of my seedlings have been doubles.

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

TiG thats beautiful! You have seed pods? What did you cross it with?

Rock Hill, SC(Zone 8a)

tiG, hi, did you polinate them or did the bees do it? and is that how you get seed pods? I've been asking about the bees, but one has answered me on that. Mine aren't big enough to bloom yet but I'm trying to get ready. And, that is a great looking flower!!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I pollinated them george, I have about 4 different crosses made so far. Take pollen from a different one, and apply it to the stigma. here's a picture: http://www.brugmansias.org/pollination.html

I hope to keep the small size, I love it. I am not fond of Creamsickle, it's so large and when the skirt drops, it's not 1/4 as pretty as this one to me.
Donna, the first time it bloomed it was almost totally yellow.

Panhandle, FL(Zone 8a)

Thanks tiG!

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

It is an incredibly beautiful plant. I love mine too. Thanks Glory.

She loves the heat, she just blooms and blooms. So does Creamsickle. I need to post a pic of her too when she blooms again.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

And here I thought GL bloomed gold only in cool weather. Another theory bites the dirt. beautiful pics Susie!

Panhandle, FL(Zone 8a)

Beautiful! I gotta get me one.

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

I didn't realize I was reading an old thread until over half way down. GL is a beauty, I would love to have one too. I am growing a few GL X ? seeds from hummer. Linda

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Glad she does so well in the Texas heat Susie. Get me one rooted and have it ready when I come see you .. it sounds like it does as well as Creamsickle which does the best of all for me. I forgot to say pleeeease!!!!! She is beautiful and I sure would like to see her bloom for me.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

GL works in the sun for me. This year I gave her half day shade and she is much slower to bloom.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Frannie, I have an extra in a 20 gallon pot if ya want to take it back on the plane!
