I have a Mock Orange bush on the side of my house. It is starting to get way to big and covering the canna garden. Can I safely prune the bush back to a more manageable size? If I can how much and when should I do this pruning?

I have pruned Mom's anytime after it blooms. You can prune it back as drastically as you need to and it should be just fine.
