we picked one out and got it!!! :)

its a sony DSC-P72 and we got a 128 memory stick!
im so happy!

Now to go read and play!

Oh boy, you'll have fun with this! I made the mistake of reading the whole manual, got confused and figured I would never learn to use it. Then a friend showed me the basics and I was off and running, happy as can be.

Dori: Now we expect to see all of your wonderful gardens. You will love the digital. I didn't ever take pictures before I got my digital. Too much hassle with taking in the film and picking it back up.

I'm sure you will really enjoy it. I agree with just learning the basics until you actually NEED to learn more technical stuff or you will quickly feel overwhelmed.
