Fig Tree Propagation?

How do you get fig trees to root, cuttings that is. Or how do you propagate them? Not sure what all the technical words are when asking this so hope someone has an answer :)

Thanks from me too for the link. My neighbor has a fig and I was wondering if cuttings could be done on it. So now I know, gonna try it. Thanks again

Really one of the easiest fruit trees to propagate. I presume your mom has some, but if not I can send some. And I'm waiting for fall to send her pecans, just couldn't bear to send them in the heat.

she has a little one Aimee, I think she wanted to take cuttings of that one so she could get more of them.....lol
