I have planted this for the first time this year and I just love these guys, I have them growing on top of a potato vine and a carolina jessamine.

This type comes in all about two shades of pink and two shades of blue. Here is sample of the pink.

Thanks, I just think it is great fun to watch these MG's grow and each day to see the different blooms.

Joann, did I understand right and the mixed colors are on one vine, or different plants frmthe same seed pack?

Jo, I have the some that look similar, the blue ones started blooming about two weeks before the pink ones, they are so pretty! I could look at them all day!!!

I couldn't agree more Carena. I went into Coastal Farm this week and saw some interesting seed in there, they were blue and sort of semidouble. It was a Morning Glory. Do you know what the hose in hose primrose are? The form of these MGs made me think of that shape. Of course the bloom is much bigger than a primrose.

Jo, were they the double blue picotee MG? if so I have some just getting ready to bloom in some pots, if it's something else, I need to get over to Coastal to take a look! I put up five 4 X 8 lattice panels on end to block out my neighbor's ugly old carport so I have a 20 foot section planted with nothing but mixed MG's, about 8 different varieties. I planted them a little late but I saw the first few blooms this morning, it's going to be so pretty in a few weeks! I'll have to take a pic. Of course I made a bonehead desision and planted brug seedlings right in front of them so everytime I fertilize the brugs I just make more leaves on the MGs, what was I thinking??? no one knows! LOL
