Goodbye and thanks

Next weekend my subscription runs out here at DG. I have had 12 really good months here and have made quite a few friends. Unfortunately I will not be resubscribing, but would like to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to everyone who has made my visit such a pleasant one ! :))

Yes, Psilo, please do reconsider! I only visit a few forums regularly because I am not an active gardener, but always enjoy your friendly, helpful posts and seeing your lovely photographs and paintings. :)

I realize you dont know me at all, but I have read many of your posts and enjoyed the information and all the beautiful photos. I hate to see you leave.

You have so much knowledge and were always so generous with sharing it and your lovely photos. Always enjoyed seeing what other parts of the world look like and thrive. You will be sorely missed here at DG.

Psilo, how wonderful that you are back with us! Thank you not only for reconsidering, but to whomever it was that guaranteed you'd continue to grace this garden.

I was shocked to read that you might be leaving, I am so glad that you stayed. I know that I haven't been here that much but I do look through the photos and I have enjoyed yours and want to see more. My favorite place here in the summer months is the photo forum, that way I get to see what I want for next years garden while drooling over them lol.

All I can say is that I am truley blessed with some wonderful friends.
The last 12 months, as some of you know I have been through several mills and back. I suffer from an incurable, but not life threatening illness. One of the side effects is that I suffer from chronic depression. Most of the time I have had the strength to keep it under control, But this time even drugs have struggled! :( My biggest failing is that I constantly doubt that I have anything to offer and this was one of the biggest factors in pulling out of DG> You guys have shown me different and for that I will be eternally grateful :))

Every single person at DG is here for a reason and purpose, I believe that with every ounce of my being because this is a special place -- we meet here to be healed, to experience friendship and sharing, to learn and to grow -- to bloom, in a word. How wonderful that the Psilo flower remains!
