http://davesgarden.com/t/382293/ here is what I wrote recently. I'm amazed by the results and think everyone should try it before you sow anymore seeds into compost. It works for the smallest to the biggest seeds you are likely to grow and allows for cold weather treatment in the fridge easier to by not taking up too much space.
