Need Help from SW Ohio Folks

I know there are alot of Ohio folks, I'm hoping someone can help. Memorial Day weekend we are going to Hamilton, OH., the Butler County Fairground to be exact. The only motels listed on the entry forms for the dog shows (big chain motels) are either booked up, or too expensive. Is there anyone familiar with the area that can give me some ideas of affordable places to stay that allow dogs? I don't mind driving a bit, but would like to be within an hour of the show site. Kids would like a big motel that has a pool, but, at this point I'm getting desperate!

Hi Deb, you may want to try looking in Fairfield or possibly even Oxford. Both are very close. If you didn't have kids, I'd send you to my great aunts. :) Poor old gal can't take the excitement any more. If you want to E me and give me an idea of accomodations or what you want to spend, I could make local calls for you.
