brug cuttings

I have my brug cuttings in 3 inch fiber peat pots and there is mold forming on the outside of the pots will this hurt my cuttings or should I tranplant them into plastic containers --this is my first attempt at cuttings--there are roots coming out of the sides of the pots--I would sure apprecaite your advice thanks

I think most of the brug people suggest putting them in water until they get the white nubs (lenticels) that make them look like pretzels. LOL Once they have those, you pot them up and keep them moist enough to root but on the dry side. It has worked for me. :)

I was also told to put mine in water to root. I would think that if yours already have roots like you mentioned I would put them in potting soil in a pot now ;)
I'm not an expert on this at all as I just got my first brug a little over a year ago but that's what I did and they are growing fine

I'd peel off the fiber if possible and just pot up as usual.
