Tree info website

For the Ohio area, I found this site...very good info. I can finally see what trees/shrubs (native) I have around here. http://www.ohiodnr.com/forestry/Education/ohiotrees/treesindex.htm

Looks like I've got:
white ash, buckeye, Boxelder, Eastern Red Cedar, Amur Honeysuckle, Honeylocust, Black Locust, Sugar Maple, Oak (not sure which one(s)...more than one type), Sassafras, American Sycamore, Black Walnut.

I've seen all of these growing wild on our property.

Jon, You have both Honey and Black Locust? I thought I have the Honey, but looking at that site, maybe I have Black? Really confused now ): Did you see the blooms on the Honey Locust? Mine were here. http://davesgarden.com/t/378458/

What do you think?

The honey locust has those killer spikes on the side of the tree....and the bark is relatively smooth compared to the black locust. I have lots of black locust...but only 1 black locust that I've seen. May be more though.

Look at the bark and compare it to the pictures on that site. I think that's the easiest way to tell them apart because the bark is quite a bit different. The black locust has an almost cork-like bark.
