need tips for germinating flannellbush (fremontoderon)

I've tried to propagate this bush from seeds but nothing came up.
I've soaked them in demin.water/peroxyde but I had the impression it did'nt do them well. So I've put them in moist pottingground (moisted with the same solution as above)But until now..nada.
Who has grown this bush from seeds and how did you do that??
