What do you want to know?

In the region where I live, the Embotrium coccineum are at home. Its name in spanish is Notro , Chilean Fire Bush.

They're beautiful trees with wonderful perennial foliage of a green-bluish colour, lovely, vibrant flowers, in spring through to mid summer(that is the essence of the name: red as fire...).and nice looking seedspods that open when they're ripe to small winget seeds.

Thrive in well composted soils with good organic drainage.

En Chile the tree reaches to 15 metres high and its trunks of up to 50cm in diameter.

Easy to propagate by seeds.

I"ve got the tree and a couple of beautiful bonsai of this tree. And plenty seeds !
