getting in shape!

whew! I have started a exercise schedule-I run a mile a day and do situps,pushups,squats and toe touches.
I hope to start weight lifting in a few weeks.
Trying to get back in shape for the spring workout!

What about you-are you working out?

I lift weights 3 times a week, walk about 2 miles in the morning and another 2 in the evening. Not bad for an old lady - LOL.. You're welcome to join us on the Health & Dieting Forum. You don't have to be a dieter and we could use your enthusiasm! Good for you Dori! Keep it up!
