Morph, I mailed it to you on the 5th........it should not take this long at all. I just noticed by your name though it says Dayton, OH. In my addy list it says Centerville, OH. I don't remember what was on the label that Janet made. Is it possible it went to the wrong address maybe?
I'm rather worried now as I was never in a Robin that got lost and hope this one didn't get lost either as I added 30 something extra seed packets.......it was pretty thick when it went out. Let me know if you get it. When it had gotten to my house it was torn open, looked like the PO peeked in or something but couldn't get to it because it was in another plastic bag and they had just ripped the envelope itself. I do hope it shows up somewhere. I put Janet's address as the return address so it would go to her if anything would happen.

Flowox, Centerville is a suburb of Dayton so you can use either one as the city. I am worried, too! I am wondering if I should go to our post office and see if something happened to it like you had encountered. I really didn't think it should take this long either!
It's ridiculous that it's taking this long. I hope they show up somewhere. I don't want people to think that I didn't send it because I'm starting an RR too......I feel so bad about that now

Yes, this is frustrating. Still no sign of the package and the post office didn't have anything either :( I asked the mailman (as we've gotten to know each other better with all my seed trading) if he remembered such a package and he didn't.

When I saw that you posted, I thought yeah, it got there.......this is becoming very irritating. I should have insured it but since no one else had I thought it would be ok. If it gets lost I will try to get a seed package together of what I have and get some more seeds and send them because I feel really bad about this. I will wait a bit longer :o(
I can't believe it ~ it's actually here! Who could believe it would possibly take 11 days to travel 3 hours??? I wonder if it got routed through some type of detection from homeland security?

True to my word, the seeds were send on the 17th. Not sure yet if they have arrived in Northern Ohio, but expect them to be there very soon if not already :)
I found five interesting varieties & added eight or so...
There are quite a few of the same type of seeds in there and veggie seeds that I don't select. That was a little disappointing, but still fun none the less!
Morph sorry to hear aboput the seclection. #4 came back with a great selection and quite a few seeds. i will be posting the ones i do not want soon and maybe there will be something in there you may like.

i got an email from loudigger and she wrote that she emailed lavander 2 days ago with no response either. neither she nor ladygardener will answer my emails so if #3 becomes a lost cause then loudigger I will give you a long list of seeds from the other returned rr's and you can have your pick. Hopefully all will work out.
I thnk it is a shame that people join a RR and then drop it. I understand there may be medical illness but other than that if you can not commitment don't sign - up. Just had to vent as there is a lot work that goes into setting up a RR and here is some one who set four in motion all at once.

gingerlily I am afraid I do not know where #1 is. i have email karen7 several times and received no answer. i will keep trying to get her to answer.
round robins #1 and #3 seem to be lost. If they do not turn up soon I will make a new one and send it to loudigger and gingerlily so they can partake too!. unfortunately you will always have those who will not play fair but we live and learn from our mistakes, don't we.
jcf, I'm not involved in this RR, but I just thought I could help locate karen7, to find that missing package. I checked her website, and she has an email there: [E-mail address removed by Dave].

I forgot I had signed up for this RR and have not been checking the forum so did not realize you have been trying to locate me. I have not received the round robin yet and do not know where it is.

Please don't go to that trouble on my account. It's no big deal if it doesn't get to me. Not worth your trouble of packaging and paying postage on it for one person. Please don't do that. I had a package mailed to me last year from GA, that never made it, so I know these things happen.
Gingerlily - I recently participated in the other round robin that kat7 (my sister) was doing. She gave me alot of the left over seeds from that round robin. If you e-mail me your address, I'll foward what was left over from that one to you if you'd like.

(I no longer have the routing list to confirm). Anyway, I will add some seeds to what I have and send off to Gingerlily. Loudigger - maybe Ginerlily can send it on to you when she is done and then route it back to JCF?
karen7, I just now noticed that you're in Florence, KY. I drive through there everytime I go to my mom's. I always know where I am as far as time goes when I see the water tower that says "Florence Ya'll" LOL
