The Dragon cookies should list white baking chips instead of chocolate-that is what makes it special (my error).

The mousse cake-e-mail me if you want a copy of the recipe with the tips-they are extremely useful-when making this cake-anyone who is getting this book would need the tips-helps keep the mess down and give you options.
