I have a very low wall (12") behind which I would like to plant a variety of lavender and lavender like plants as a foregroud to distant view. I live in east Sacramento Valley in low foothills. I can control water volume to area around plantings. Questions:
1. What varieties should I plant for maximum flowering time?
2. Best time to Plant?
3. Best source(s) for these plants?
4. Any other issues I should consider.
