Ludger, I am not registering Angelique anywhere. That would be Monika's call, not mine as she is the hybridizer. I was just the seed grower and namer.

kell, It seems like you are the only one that is very upset. Please help to bring this back to the happy Brug forum it was meant to be.

I am not upset at all Snow, but thanks for caring about me!!! You are so sweet!! Being confused is not being upset........... all this legal mumbo jumbo is just too much for me. I just want to have fun with my brugs and share them freely as I have been, and not worry about people trying to steal from me. I am not worried at all like you are that anyone is going to steal my names or my brugs!!! LOL........... I do not have any worth stealing!!!

GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!!!
I come home in the morning light
My mother says when you gonna live your life right
Oh mother dear we're not the fortunate ones
And girls they want to have fun
Oh girls just want to have fun

The phone rings in the middle of the night
My father yells what you gonna do with your life
Oh daddy dear you know you're still number one
But girls they want to have fun
Oh girls just want to have -

That's all they really want
Some fun
When the working day is done
Girls - they want to have fun
Oh girls just want to have fun

Some boys take a beautiful girl
And hide her away from the rest of the world
I want to be the one to walk in the sun
Oh girls they want to have fun
Oh girls just want to have

That's all they really want
Some fun
When the working day is done
Girls - they want to have fun
Oh girls just want to have fun,
They want to have fun,
They want to have fun....

Don't count on that. You have some great brugs. I don't know anyone who wouldn't give their eye teeth to be able to grow sanguinea's like the one you have or that CG. The list goes on...........love that double white you have that has different blooms on it and what about all those pinks........I think you have some beauties. I might think about stealing if I lived close. Well, not stealing, just "snap, snap".

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I think kell knows the words to every song ever written.

*lol* Shirley. *lol* I like to "snap", "snap" a tiny bit of Kells sanguineas. In philosophy no one can "snap" the philosoophers secrets, because they would have to "snap" his perception of the words connonations. This is the same with Kells sanguineas. To "snap" and grow as beautiful as Kell can you would also have to "snap" a piece of California. *lol* *lol* I find that amusing and it makes me giggle a bit. :)

spelling error.

Isn't that the truth. I tried to grow some this summer, but the heat just didn't satisfy them. I was disappointed, but had thought it might not work. Kell has ideal temps where she lives.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

My sangs I forgot about and they got frost bitten. They are putting back out, tiny little sprouts. Maybe that will get them in gear and they will bloom!!

Dripping Springs, TX

Oh Kell! What have I done? Our happy go lucky little brug girl is frowning---I'm sorry--- who wants to smack me with that limpy brug that didn't root. And upset now--I started this crazy topic and Tonny is edited and I missed it. Tonny I'll pay you another dollar to your patent fund if you tell me what I missed? And Ludger, Poppysue, Brugcrazy & everybody else--How exciting all this info is--almost as much fun as presidental election recount in FLA --Arlene got anything to say? Huh?

I think so, tiG. *lol* That`s lot of fun. :)

Thanks for the song Kell.

Shirley, mine grew well and added to double size, but put only a few flowers out in June. Since that: Radio-silence. In October came the buds in large clusters, but also the frost (waaah!) I hope to see them bloom a bit in the winter garden.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

smile "no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should".........

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I thought they would do so well up here but we had a few very hot days and they dropped what few buds they had. I probably won't grow them again. :(

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

PS Ludger..............you are really, really nice!! I had not even read your posts till now. I was way back on patent laws when I gave up. LOL! Let your heart not be troubled!!! You do this professionally and you unlike me makes brugs that people want! You and Tonny work so hard you should safeguard your hard work and make sure you get credit for all the beauty you bring into this world. Of all people on this forum, both your hearts are purely for the good of brugs lovers everywhere.....you both share so much with us...(thanks--smile)..... and I feel so badly for you both. While I can throw up my hands and refuse to deal with all of this, you both can't because it is your professon. I am with Owen........ all these rules are just too much for the little home gardener!! Or in my case the big one!! LOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Wow......I am trying to write my post and post it.........then go and see tons of posts done in the interim!! I must be a slow typist.......

any way you guys....you could never steal from me......you are welcome to anything I have!! but you are so kind to say such nice things to me............thanks!!!

Snow, temperature controls the blooming of sanguinea, but I have this feeling, that daylenght has something to do with it too. Maybe its a little lite the euphporia species, that we in Denmark call Christmass star. It is a shoort day bloomer, but I got several to flower mid summer by putting them several hours into a dark closet. :)

Just cross posting here. *lol* No, Kell. I could never steal from you or anybody else: :) Thanks for your song again. It put my feets on the ground again and I needed that. :)

Nothing could keep your feet on the ground for long Tonny, you were meant to soar thru the starlit sky!

TONNY IN THE SKY WITH DIAMONDS! (the Beatles)

Picture yourself on a boat on Jeanne's river
With brugmansia trees and marmalade skies
Dave's calls you, you answer quite slowly
A boy with kaleidoscope brugs

Cellophane flowers of yellow and pink
Towering over your head
Look for the boy with the sun in his eyes
and he's gone

Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds, ah

Follow him down to a bridge by a fountain
Where Monika plans her brug alley and we look on with love in our eyes
Ludger smiles as you drift past the flowers
that grow so incredibly high

Newspaper taxies appear on the shores
Waiting to take you away
Climb in the back with your head in the clouds
and you're gone

Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds, ah

Picture yourself in a train in a station
Smuggling brugs the best that you can wearing them as if they are looking glass ties
Suddenly someone is there at the turnstile
The boy with kaleidoscope brugs

Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds, ah
Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds
Tonny in the sky with diamonds, ah

L@Kell..."Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" stands for the hallucinogenic drug, LSD. LOL But maybe you knew that! :o)

Bruno

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Fits well with all the warnings we all get about our Brug's though doesn't it. It never fails that if someone else e-mails me about a brug or datura I am reminded about its seedy past...

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Bruno, kell knows everything! no kidding, she may have the highest IQ on the forum. when i grow up i want to be just like her. she spreads joy and has given some of the best advice i've heard right here on this forum. Tracey, i will mail your stuff hopefully this weekend, gonna go through the big box. i guess you must not have told cala about your passion for sages or else your car was already full!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Tracey forgot her salvia(now I'm holding it for ransom).

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

I am coming back! Poor little salvia, is it scared? Tell it I am thinking about it, saving a spot right out front for it. We were so busy running around trying to remember everything, we forgot. Ashley was complaining about being hungry, she didn't open her mouth till we left the house. One day is not enough to see all Susie's babies.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Tracey i have one of those, 15 yo DS who never never stops eating.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Tracey, I think the "graceful" acrobatic move I did while you were there sort of made me forget. I'm glad no one had a camera at the moment!!
The little salvia had a bit of a rough go for a while. I forgot it was sitting there, didn't water it for a day or two(OK, I admit, it was at least a week) and it wilted really bad. It seems to be recovering but will probably never forgive you.(I told it that it was all your fault) It will be scheming it's revenge!! It will lie in wait, then when you least expect it, will take over your garden, wrap around a brug and hold it hostage!!

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

I wish I could eat like those kids, every time I look at this kid she is eating (nothing good either) my mother would never have let us to eat that much junk but now she just keeps handing it over. I think it is payback for my preaching on her diabetic diet, not that she follows one, but I still preach. I have to watch everything I put in my mouth. Even a smell gets me in trouble.

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

My hummers will butter it up, they will think I am the best Mom with new salvia's. I pulled out all the dinnerplate Hibiscus in the spring and moved them, split a Texas star up moved it all in front (they love this one too), put in lots of annual sage, and BAM Loin's ears took over....in the front of the bed.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Ok Arlene, the $100 is in the mail.........LOL
Finally some good press! LOL

Gee Bruno, are you trying to get me into trouble with Tonny?? LOL Thank God for Tracy...... a great save!!! Thank you!!!

Tonny is too wise, smart and productive to get involved with anything like that.............. the song tune just fit. Did you read the words Bruno??

Bruno, what Kell said is an American experession, it's a way of kidding here, it's not a real question.

Co.Wicklow, Ireland(Zone 8b)

Ooops, Sorry Kell!

Thanks Cala!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Believe me Bruno, I do not need you to get me in trouble....I do quite well on my own..........LOL!!
