Not long enough to have snow. 5 years. I'd rather have a little snow than hurricanes and humidity. That's why I don't want to move back to FLA. Have you gotten used to that?

I have been back home for 10 years now and I don't think one ever gets used to bad weather. You know I didn't even realize we had bad weather here sometimes until I moved away some 30 years ago. LOL
Glory--Just to bring the Texas back to you.... my husband got stung by a scorpian this morning. I guess it's not winter yet. My in-laws are from Mass. and can't understand how we like it here--with the bugs, snakes and tornadoes.
