HoniBee in Hospital

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

Hello, this is HoniBees' son, Andy.
She wanted me to post that she has been taken to the hospital on Friday evening for various tests and for just not feeling great.
She should be home in the next week or so, and wanted me to let whoever know that her "secret craft trade" would be mailed out by me sometime this week.
Think good thoughts about my mommy, please. :)

Andy, is there anything we can send to make her days a little more cheerful? Not flowers, she can grow better than I could send, but a little package of snacks or something to cheer her up? She once sent me a delightful assortment of snacks in a secret trade, and I think I know about what she would enjoy.

Brooklet, GA(Zone 8a)

aimee if i am not mistaken honibee has diabetes. so it would have to be sugar free snacks. this may be why she is in the hospital. i hope she did not mind me telling this. she told me a while back when she found out i am diabetic. she wanted some advice on things. diabetic are allowed some chip, graham crackers, cheese crackers, sugar free candy, etc.

Georgetown, TX(Zone 8a)

Thanks, Janet! I have a diabetic son, so I am glad you clued me. (I might have known this from previous communication with her, but had forgotten if I did.) Now I can think of what to send without jeopardizing her health. God bless all of you who must deal with this troublesome problem, I know my son has been brittle since he was diagnosed at age 11.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the family and HoniBee; I hope you get well real soon.

Andy, don't you worry none about getting the package sent off but do keep us informed about how your mother is doing.

HoniBee, we all miss you,so hope you get to feeling better real soon.
