Cala's camera is so great. Love this picture. It's got about 15 seed pods on it!!!

It almost captured how dark it was didn't it?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

wish you could have seen it a month ago!!!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

forgot there was another picture, my computer crashed and I'm back to the laptop.
considering that isabella is almost white and Butterfly is a very pale pink, I think this one is showing quite a lot of color for the time of year.

Beautiful tiG. Just think it was only a couple of months ago you were depressed because you had no blooms.Look at you now with all these beauties.

Dripping Springs, TX

I really love the color on this one. You've got me all excited about getting cuttings--but I know waiting is the hardest part Hopefully one of mine turns out as beautiful as this one.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

LOL tiG everytime I see this name, I can't get that song out of my mind!!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I had done a very good job of it until your post!!!!!!! argh

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Hey Lady, I got it going round and round, you better too!!

I saw this one, it's definitely NOT a FP, much darker than mine and has scalloped edges. The pink goes all the way to the calyx.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

so tiG once again I see this and now I am singing

My cherie amour, lovely as a summer day
My cherie amour, distant as the milky way
My cherie amour, pretty little one that I adore
You're the only girl my heart beats for
How I wish that you were mine

In a cafe, or sometimes on a crowded street
I'd be near to you, but you never notice me
My cherie amour, won't you tell me how could you ignore
That behind that little smile I wore
How I wish that you were mine

Maybe someday, you'll see my face among the crowd
Maybe someday, I'll share your little distant cloud
Oh cherie amour, pretty little one that I adore
You're the only one my heart beats for
How I wish that you were mine

I won't sleep tonight!!! it will invade my dreams!

Sarasota, FL(Zone 9a)

tiG, Absolutely beautiful brug! I am so jealous. The brugs that I have from cutting from Calalily are about 2-3 feet and have a profuse amount of really mature leaves. I can't wait till I get my first bud or bloom.

Paxton, FL(Zone 8a)

When are you taking cuttings tiG?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

guys, Eric has asked that I don't until minimum next fall. It had two tiny ones and they are rooting for him. so sorry. but you know I'll share when I can.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

but to keep you all drooling ;) here she is in her fall color next to Butterfly.

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

She's a real beauty.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Wow, she is looking better with each picture. Almost has the same look as the Rosamond/Pink Beauty I have, but with deeper color. I'm falling head over heals with the deep colors. Can't wait for you to start whacking.......Eric, are you sure she has to wait???? :-) No I do understand. It is best that we try our hybrids for a year to be sure they are what we think they are going to be, and then share.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

thanks for understanding Shirley:) and Eric is wanting to work with it too, hope he sends his addy soon!

Sarasota, FL(Zone 9a)

tiG, you tease you, LOL! beautiful and know you will share when you can, :-)

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

tig - you are a big tease!

but they are stunning anyway! I love em...
keep those photos coming.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I could be dead by then tiG!! And if it is a year then hey, I think it should be earlier than next fall. but then I am not getting any anyway so I will shut up!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Kell, if you could have other brugs, what would be on your wish list that is within reach?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I am just like you Brugie, I like the dark or bright colored ones with alot of flounce in the skirt and a calyx that grows low over the bloom. I like bright white ones also. I like them big, bold and beautiful! Like us Brugie!! LOL

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Geez Kell, wish you hadn't told everyone about the b,b,& b thing. :-) Actually, I'm trying to get you to say a name of one that you are looking for or more than one. What don't you have that you want?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

gee Brugie, I want every one that I do not have, especially if I can't get it. I have that sick mentality that wants what I can't have. anyway, if I go to a euro site to get the names, will you get them for me?? LOL

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Now, does that sound like they would be within reach? Email me with names of any that are available that you don't have and I'll see what I can do by spring. Should ask if you will have yard space for more. You might have to get rid of some of those "ugly" pink ones you are babying.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Ouch, that's gonna hurt.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

LOL Cala, she has no appreciation for the better brugs in life FROSTIES GALORE!!! LOL Brugie!!!! I am going to send them to tiG in trade for her new pink ones!!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

TiG didn't have any Frosties, I'm sure she would truly appreciate those. Of course, if you talk her hubby into really liking Frosty, he will make sure she takes good care of them!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

LOL!!!! my DH loves the sauveolens white that is by the front door that was supposed to be I. rosea. It blooms it's head off and has a large spread. I whacked a big piece off for PJ, not know he wants to bring it in!!! I told him I would if there's room after everything I want to bring in. Go figure, but as long as he loves them, he lets me get more:)

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

You guys are lucky that someone in your family enjoys the brugs. Jim could care less. ♫ I finally figured out how to make the musical notes. :-)

Sarasota, FL(Zone 9a)

Brugie, how did you make the musical note? Can you share that info with a newbie, pretty please? LOL

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

You just press Alt. and 14 on the number pad on the right side of the keyboard.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

It does not work Brugie.............. alt and then a 1 and a 4???

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

you have to use the number pad with number lock on and it doesn't work on a laptop

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Hummmm - I think I have one that looks just like that!!
