it is pretty. what is a v. candida? and i guess colors weren't given with the cross?

no arlene, that's all it said. this isn't the one I gave you, this has put out no side shoots at all. It's about 3 1/2 ft tall at best.

tiG, It's beautiful. I really like this one with the long tendrils and darker pink.

so you don't know what v. candida means? am interested to know.

another comparison, because pinks are so hard to photograph, comparisons are easier for me to envision.

I think I will have room for this one when I come by on the 20th. I will make sure I have room for it. LOL. One of the unknown you gave me is in full bloom. it looks like a Dr. S. Really strong scented.

Yes, you gave me a potted DR SEUSS, it opened last night, looks just like the other with no tag. The other big one was Shirleys. I have a second seed pod forming on Shirleys also.

CoCo, it will for sure be spring or summer before I have this one. I need to pot it up so it will grow more, and I hope to have seed pods on it all winter. I wish I could send everyone here a piece right now.

they are from Herrenhauser Garten. they aren't monikas crosses.

but monika sent them, right. somedays i wish i had held my mouth right so i would have gotten some of those seeds. speaking of which, i can't remember what seeds i won on your name cherie amour.

these came from Jeanne, and I'm not sure which ones came from where before that, I keep getting confused. I don't know if there was an order from anywhere that was mixed in with these or not.
If you're willing to wait on the seeds, I hope you will grow some of the CA seeds. lmk, it has 11 pods on it so far.

It always come as a surprise to me, how beautiful and special a new hybrid can turn out - and I have studied every picture of new ones posted. Sometimes I think, that THIS is the one ultimate hybrid and no one gets it better as I imagine it, but again I was wrong and hopefully always will be. I have always loved EP, but the color of this one is deeper and the margin and tendrils seems deeper and longer, that in EP and the tube wider. Kyles Pink is also a beauty. This new one is stunning.
