I could not figure out what this plant was. I was about to put it on the photo forum as a 'quiz' so the experts could identity it for me. Well, I decided to check my journal to see if I had planted something in that pot with the tiny allysum plants. Sure enough !!! I had put little 1/2" diameter potatoes in there - [from a trade] - for potato vines. It's been almost 2 months since I planted them, and of course, I had forgotten about them. But the faithful journal had it on record. That journal is a life-saver for a busy gardener. WTG, David !~!~! Rock on !~!~!
