I am trying to find the thread where members posted their home pages. I can't remember what Forum/Thread it was under. Does anyone know where it is??? Thanks, Lisa

Lisa: It is at the bottom of this page, on this forum. Look under, Your own personal garden web site. posted by Dene. Is this the one you are looking for. Debby

Yes! Debby thanks! On one of the web sites someone gave there was some really neat gardening pants. I wanted to show DH. He is a landscaper and the pants would be great, with all the pockets and all! Just wish they would be less $$$$. Thanks!!! Lisa

Lisa Lisa Lisa! Man oh man can I help you there! Pants-wise that is...
It seems about the only pants (jeans) I wear anymore not only have double knees but they are doubled up to the thigh area... (double meaning the pants are made, then an extra layer of thick denim is sowed to the pants). These are called "logger jeans". Exceptionally hardy and with loads of pockets (but not the bulky pockets like on "safari khakis" or whatever they call them. Trust me on this one...even my wife liked them and surprised me w/an extra two pair. They are available from a family-owned business called Modern Farming (I believe they have a website at Modfarm.com). Not only are they inexpensive (to me anyway, about $30/pair, which is better than you'd get at some yuppie mall, and much better made!) and they last forever! Also, Modern Farming will let you send them back at their expense if they don't fit right so you can order a bigger or smaller size. I've been stopped on the street and asked where I get my pants before (and most of the time I've been doing down-in-the-dirt grunge work!) I really think your hubby would like some! My worry is...when ModFarm finds out how good these pants are the price (like Paradise) is gonna go up.
