Plumeria cutting.help me root this one?

I just received a large plumeria cutting. Flowers and leaves still attached. How do I root this?? Should I remove all the leaves and flowers and put it in root hormone and then in soil??? or do I root in Water???
Any help is appreciated!!

Hi, Artymiss,
Plumerias are very easy.
You just put the cutting (with leaves and all) in a moist rich soil and that's it.
In a few weeks you will see growth of leaves
