I used to belong to a site that had an auction....members would donate items and the money help off set the cost of operating the site.
glory, I wonder if Dave is listening......LOL. I wonder what would be a good gardening charity!! I would love to help out inner city kids who have no exposure to gardening. It would be great to help a school get a plot in the middle of their community for the kids to garden in.
Hey Monica...I'm only 22! My mother shows no interest at all, but it still doesn't stop me from dragging her into the greenhouse to look at a new Brug in bloom! I have nobody to talk to about Brugs but the encouragement and friendliness i've experienced from all of you helps allot!

Bruno, when Quinde is ready to cut I will mail one to you. I don`t know, if there is a few more, that have it, but it frightens me, if I am the only one. What if it suddenly wilt?, i think. In the course of time I want quinde to go out to as many as possible, so it will always be available to any of us who like to grow it. :-)

Tonny, I'll take a brug disintersted brother - but only if he will dig holes without complaining - whenever and wherever I want. He's not allowed to roll his eyes in disbelief or disgust either. Oh, and he has to be strong enough to move big pots - up many stairs.
