OK...some of you know that I have a strange sense of humor..I'm laughing and my legs are crossed so hard I expect to see bruises. The dog ate my homework!!! RIGHT..I bought a box of "washable crayons" so when the grandkids visit I can wash away the "out of lines" coloring. It does work. HOWEVER... I never thought about the puppy eating the washable crayons. In the past dogs and cats have eaten regular crayons..large mess and delt with as with a melted candle. BUT... the washable ones do strange things...they melt. Different formula that makes them washable..who would think about this!?!? When a puppy eats them they end up as a mass of rainbow mud..slimmey and yuck. I know the steam vac will get out the residue,but picking them up is NASTY!!! And the puppy drools rainbow slobber! Will call the 800# on Mon. to see if anyone else has had this problem..in the meantime if your child or pet starts to drool rainbows check the crayons. LOL Yup..my dog ate my homework!!!

Oh, that's so funny. My two year old keeps me laughing all the time with her antics...never thought about a puppy doing something so cute...and messy.

Oooooh, that is so funny, Ginger!! My friend bought her son the crayons that only draw on the special paper, but so far no washables. I'll be sure to tell her that...And to watch our puppies when Noah visits with his mommy. :D Wonder what happens if you accidently toss one of those crayons in the washer in a jeans pocket or something -- Shudder!
