Weeping Cherry Tree

I had to dig up the tree to take down a pine tree. It was in the ground for 2 years and doing well. It was cold when we did it and as hard as we tried we couldnt get alot of dirt with the roots. We left it in the backyard not planted for about 2 months. About 3 weeks ago I planted it but its not doing anything. I have bent the branches and they are still green. Will this tree live?
