tiG - I never got a name. Did you send them?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

poppy, I thought I sent them all out, will send again.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

poppy, check your hotmail acct. sent again

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Hey - now this thing is getting to be more real than a dream!! I have one batch of cuttings in a clear glass that is rooting well. Another larger batch in a plastic margerine container, these are not doing so hot - a bunch of them are starting to rot!! I am faithfully changing the water everyday, but every day now I see more rot and the leaves are dropping too! Got to send out my swap soon, or they will not be recognizable. What is wrong??

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I've got the same thing going here. I had them in several quart jars, all took but one, and those cuttings are just sitting there.

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

I don't mind them "sitting" - I do mind the leaf drop & rot - I might have to send some out un rooted.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh that is such sad news. Mine are just FANTASTIC......putting roots out like crazy, multiplying faster than I can count them, changing colors before my eyes. They are just amazing.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

kell, you are such a dreamer!!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Isn't that a song tiGwig??
eat your heart out!

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Tig, could you send it to me & maybe I could forward it??

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

oh, that's a good idea. look for it this evening:) thanks!!!!

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

Okay - I got the one from Azalea about letting someone else join in the swap. I'll be looking for my trader next. Thanks Azalea.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

new names will go out tonight. if you don't hear from me, you still have the same person (not you poppy, everyone else)

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

gee Ma Vie, I thought you had put a link or 2 on this thread to look up Coleus names...................

Sierra Foothills, CA(Zone 8a)

I have received rooted cuttings in wet paper towel before, and as long as they were still damp, and wrapped securely, they did just fine.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Good Evelyn, for that is what you will be getting.....LOL except for the new ones I keep buying. Your parcel keeps growing. I keep trying to stop buying them but tiG has put the coleus lust in me!! For shame on you tiG..... as if I did not have enough obsessions to deal with.......

THANKS Ma Vie, I will check them all out........... I am trying to name mine all as Mother tiG said to do!!
