If you're familiar with them, I could sure use your help! A variety of potato listed in Seed Saver's Exchange as "Pocat" has a description stating that it is named for a river in Quebec. And if it is, I can't find it - after coming up empty handed using that spelling, I tried Pokat, Poquat, Poquet, Poket, and still came up empty handed. Perhaps it's just the late hour, but I can't even find a decent list of rivers in Quebec. Anybody want to take a guess at what the real spelling of this spud might be, assuming it's named after a river? Many thanks in advance...
