I have a little old lady friend in her 80's that used to get the Fl Mkt Bulletin - now she says they won't send them out of state. If any of you have some even older issues, this lady would like to get a few. Tig & I will be at Arlene's in Newberry this Fri 19th & Sat Am. Maybe some of you know her and could get a few to her, then I could pick them up.

I was so curious if any of the market bulletins were still published. Read a wonderful book about a woman's (Elizabeth Lawrence) experience with them from the 50's and 60's. It was published posthumously about 10 years ago: called 'Gardening for Love: the Market Bulletins'.

I think she would love DG as the techno-version of the market bulletins. Published continuously!

Yep they are still published. I thought they were in all states. We have a very active one here in Ga, I know tht Al has one & Fl, don't know about others. I'll bet those oldies are really interesting.
