I'm Back!

For those of you who remembered me with cards and e-mails I want to say thank you for helping me make it through some tough times.

Things are looking up for us and I just hope to be back to my normal miscievious self real soon.

For all you new members that I see be forewarned....I already like you and will try to get to know you better soon!

To catch you up on things here, My DH has escaped having his foot amputated, My DD is off Dyalisis and her Liver is functioning again with remarkable improvement. My Family lost 3 members this past couple of weeks so Funerals and Family gatherings have been a big priority. I lost my second job (Hooray!) and things will continue to be tight but we will be fine. We still do not now how far the cancer has gone in my youngest son but are thinking positive thoughts. My poor garden is half dead from neglect and I still owe Mike a geranium that I never managed to reship after the first one was destroyed and Eyes, I have not managed to dig that Pampas grass for you yet.

Now I am going to cruise around and do a bit of catching up here in DG and will see you all here in the forums!

Don't you worry none 'bout me, sis........I'm just proud as a filled up chipmunk to see ya back!!! Hugs!!!!!!!

Everybody misssed you, welcome "Home" Zany! Hope things improve for you soon.

Welcome Back Zany you've been missed by everyone, myself included.. Just remember God never gives you more then you can handle and he knows you can handle a lot ;).

Sounds like you've been thru the flume....washed out... but then again, now you must be ready to roll! (Sorry to hear you've had so much to deal with lately.)

Some of us just came back from a DG RoundUp in Tenn...next time something like that happens, where-ever it is, I reckon you better show your face! (Trust me, these folks are ca-razy! You'd fit right in, and perhaps outdo us all!)

Thanks gang. Glad to know I was not forgotten. I looked at some of the roundup pics and postings and it sure does look like a great time was had. Wish I could have been there to meet all of you but that is a mile or two more than I could go right now. Maybe next years roundup will be possible if this lottery ticket is a winner....but please don't anyone hold their breath waiting for the "I Won" posting! My luck is not that good;~)

Holy Toledo, Zany, I had no idea what all has been happening in your lives. I just knew I missed seeing you around here and I'm so glad to see you back!

Aaaaw, lovely to see you back Zany! Sorry you've had such a hard time, but hope things now look up for you. Look forward to seeing you on the other forums ;o)

Oh Zany, I've missed ya. I am so sorry to hear about all your families medical problems. You must be a very strong lady to be able to handle all of life's problems. I hope things will calm down for you soon.

BTW, I flew up to Wash. this month and waved at you from the airplane....did ya see me?

We will look forward to seeing you once in a while, just keep us posted.

You all are wonderful and Sweet. But GL there is no comparrison between me and poor old Job! He endured without ever wavering orlosing faith and I flickered a a bit there for awhile til I got some help relighting the wick!

But enough of this sympathy folks! I might get the idea I had been having a hard time and start feeling sorry for myself! It is great to be back and wonderful to know I was missed. I have scanned through a lot of what I missed and see the rest of you have kept things jumping here. I had checked in once in awhile at random but it just wasn't the same

Hi Candy! How are those "not my cats" and kittens doing?

Those strays are both moms and they had 7 more strays about 9 weeks ago LOL! Well while you are surfing I am sure you will see the pics of the lovely gray little things. So for a while we had 9 strays. Three (the gray ones) went to new homes yesterday and two more are going today. That leaves 2!
I called a few vets about getting the "mom strays" fixed. LOL, I made the appointment and the receptionist said okay and what are their names! I just laughed and said "you don't understand these are stray cats!" What a "hoot"!

So you feed em, find homes for their babies, and have them fixed...but they are strays with no names...seems to me even a "stray" deserves a name! So how about hobo and gypsy?

Okay, I'll do it for you Zany and I like those names!!! Wait till I tell Steve we have you use names now and no more whistling LOL!
I bottle fed those kittens for 3 days before I realized Hobo and Gypsy hadn't just stolen them and brought them into the yard LOL! Boy were they glad to get them back from me!!!
