Professional gardner new to Brugs

Weedwoman, I hope we didn`t scare you away lol No, you are probably just busy. Welcome from Denmark. This is my first serious year with Brugs lol I have grown a few before thinking they were Datura lol I made B. arborea "Ida", that Eric test for heat tolerance this year and besides I grow lots of Daturas lol

I think that the Brugs will look just great at the old mansion lol 200 years ago Brugs were rich man`s plants for Orangeries and Guvenor gardens :-)

Maybe weedwoman has lots of weeds to pull, keeping her busy:)

I have learned one important lesson about brugs.....never plant them in full day sunshine here in WV. They can take just so much of the high heat and hot sunshine, and then they lose their leaves. That is my experience anyway. All I have in only morning sunshine are doing great!

I think weedwoman has left the building!

She probably is a very serious gardener as well as being a professional gardner and found us to be lacking somehow. Though I can not imagnie how as I reread our very serious and professional posts!

My Versi peach didn't like the sun and heat so much that it just collapsed under the strain of not liking it. Plant was dead in one day. Truly dead. I checked the roots and they are dead also. Looked fried even though I watered daily. It didn't like 112 degrees I guess.

I just emailed her, thought since she is relatively new, she may not know how to "watch" her thread and has lost it.
