I got an advertisement to purchase this book, "Vinegar, Duct Tape, Milk Jugs and More". One little paragraph caught my eye, "Free Flower Bulbs" see page 181. It says these organizations give bulbs away free for the asking. Of course, the ad doesn't list the organizations. Does anyone have the book and the list of organizations? The word "free" always catches my attention! LOL!
