This is a blue perennial morning glory. It has leaves like a potato instead of the heart shaped leaves. It roots very easily.

Is it really perennial? Does it make seeds? I would love to have some seeds! The flower looks like some of the annual ones I grow...

This is the first year I have had it. I was told it does not make seed. A fried gave me a rooted piece. I have noticed it seems to root where it touches the ground. I can send you a piece.
